Information you give us
- Name, phone number and email address
- Property address, city, state and ZIP code
- Whether you are the homeowner or an authorized decision–maker
- Information about the roof: material, approximate age, conditions you’ve observed, whether you have received a replacement quote, and your decision timeline
- Photographs of the property, if you choose to send them
- Your preferred contact method and whether you are interested in payment options
- How you heard about us
- Your communication permissions, including the date, time and page on which you gave them
- The content of calls, texts and emails between us
Information we generate or receive
- Records of our contact with you, appointment history and notes from the assessment
- Technical assessment results and written scopes and prices produced by the licensed contractor
- Referral attribution, where a contractor, agent or other partner introduced you
- Basic technical information from your visit to our website, such as pages viewed and the general source of the visit
What we do not collect
We do not collect or store Social Security numbers, dates of birth, bank account numbers, credit card numbers, credit reports, credit scores, income information or other sensitive financial or underwriting information in our systems. If you apply for third–party financing, you do so on the lender’s own secure application, and that information goes to the lender, not to us. We receive only the status of an application — for example that it was approved or declined — and never the reasons or the underlying data.
How we use your information
- To respond to your request and arrange a roof review
- To determine whether your property is within an area we currently serve
- To coordinate an assessment with a licensed contractor
- To prepare and deliver a written scope and price
- To communicate with you about scheduling, the assessment, the proposal, installation and follow–up service
- To refer you to a licensed contractor or to a third–party lender, where you ask us to
- To honour your communication preferences and opt–outs
- To keep records required for our business, including warranty registration, and to meet legal and regulatory obligations
- To send marketing communications, only if you separately agreed to receive them
Text messages
If you agree to receive text messages, we may text you about your roof review — scheduling, confirmations, reminders and replies to your questions. If you separately agree to marketing messages, we may also send occasional updates about roof services and seasonal information. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

We do not sell or share your mobile phone number or your text–message consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes, and we do not include that information in any list we make available to others.
Who we share information with
We share only what is needed, with:
- Licensed installation contractors — your name, contact details, property address and the information needed to assess and perform work. They are independent businesses and use your information to carry out the assessment and the job.
- The product manufacturer and its project system — the project information needed to produce an authorized quote and to register any applicable warranty.
- Third–party lenders — only if you choose to pursue financing, and only to the extent needed to direct you to the lender’s own application. The lender’s own privacy notice governs what it collects.
- Service providers that run our systems — our customer relationship platform, phone and messaging providers, email provider and hosting — under contracts that limit their use of the information to providing those services.
- A referring partner, where a contractor, agent or other partner introduced you, limited to confirming the status of the introduction they made.
- Professional advisers, insurers, and authorities, where we are required or permitted by law, or to establish or defend legal claims.
We do not sell your personal information.
Calls
We may record or monitor telephone calls for quality and training purposes. Where we do, you will be told at the start of the call and you may ask us not to record.
Cookies and site analytics
Our website uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies to make the site work and to understand how it is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking them may stop parts of the site working.
How long we keep information
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterwards. Where work is performed, we keep project, warranty and financial records for the longer of the applicable warranty period or the period required by law and our insurers. Records of opt–outs are kept indefinitely, because that is how we make sure we do not contact you again.
Your choices
- Stop texts — reply STOP to any message.
- Stop marketing email — use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
- Stop calls — tell us on a call, or contact us using the details above.
- Access, correct or delete — contact us and we will respond. We may need to keep certain records where we have a legal or contractual obligation to do so.

Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect personal information, including restricting access to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted over the internet.
Children
Our services are for adult property owners and decision–makers. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed. Material changes affecting how we use your information will be communicated to you where we are required to do so.
