Turn more roofing opportunities into revenue.

You already have homeowners who looked at a replacement and didn’t move forward. Some of those roofs are candidates for a preservation treatment instead. We handle the assessment, the proposal and the install coordination.

The opportunity

Most roofing companies are sitting on a file of homeowners who:

  • Received a replacement estimate and never signed
  • Couldn’t justify the cost of a full replacement
  • Didn’t qualify for financing on a project that size
  • Needed less work than a full reroof
  • Said “next year” and meant it

Those estimates sit in a CRM earning nothing. A qualifying roof treated instead of replaced is a transaction that otherwise never happens.

How the split works

You own the relationship. We own the delivery.

  • You identify homeowners in your own file who might be candidates.
  • You re–engage them yourself, through your own authorized channels, because they are your customers and your consent.
  • Homeowners who are interested ask for an introduction.
  • They enter our intake process, with the introduction attributed to you and preserved.
  • A licensed contractor assesses the roof and determines eligibility.
  • We handle the proposal, the paperwork, the install coordination and the follow–up.
  • You are compensated on completed, collected work under a written agreement.

On lists: we do not import and contact a partner’s customer list. The re–engagement is done by the business that holds the relationship and the consent, using its own channels. We only talk to homeowners who have asked to be introduced to us. That protects you as much as it protects us.

Three ways partners work with us

Unclosed estimates

Your existing file of homeowners who looked at a replacement and didn’t proceed.

Qualified alternative

A homeowner in front of you now who declines or doesn’t need a full reroof.

Installation partner

You’re a licensed contractor who wants to perform the installs rather than sell them.

Referral only

You introduce homeowners and we take it from there, with the introduction attributed to you.

Being straight with you about where we are

You will have been pitched by companies that overstated things. So:

  • We don’t publish a commission number here. Compensation is set in a written agreement based on real, collected project economics. Anyone quoting you a number before they know their own margin is guessing or lying.
  • We don’t offer exclusive territories.
  • We don’t promise earnings.
  • We’re early. Service area is limited and growing. If we can’t cover your market yet, we’ll say so rather than take your leads and sit on them.
  • Not every roof qualifies, and a licensed contractor makes that call, not a salesperson. Some of the homeowners you send will be told to replace instead.
