Paying for the work.
Most people pay directly. Some would rather spread the cost. Here is how each one works, and what we can and can’t tell you before your roof has been assessed.
Paying directly
The simplest route. You receive a written scope and a fixed price after the assessment, and you pay according to the schedule in your agreement. Nothing is due for the review itself.
Spreading the cost
Financing options may be available for qualified homeowners.
If you want to look at monthly payments, tell us during the review and we’ll walk through what is actually available for your project once there is a real scope and a real price to apply it to.
A few things worth being straight about:
- We are not a lender and we do not make credit decisions.
- Any financing comes from a third–party lender, under that lender’s own agreement, rates and disclosures.
- Approval, terms and rates are set by the lender based on your credit, not by us.
- You apply on the lender’s own secure application. We never collect Social Security numbers, dates of birth, bank details or income information.
- We will show you the actual terms you are approved for, in writing, before you decide anything.
We don’t advertise a rate or a promotional offer on this page because we won’t publish a number we can’t guarantee you’ll be offered. When there is a real scope and price for your roof, we’ll show you the real options that go with it.
The order things happen in
Assessment first
A licensed contractor assesses the roof and determines whether it is eligible.
Then a price
A written scope and a fixed price, based on the actual roof.
Then payment options
We discuss what you’d prefer and what is available for a project of that size.
Then you decide
With the real terms in front of you, in writing, and a cancellation period in your agreement.
We do it in that order on purpose. Talking about monthly payments before anyone has looked at the roof is how people end up financing work they didn’t need.
Start with the roof, not the payment.
Find out whether yours is a candidate. Then we’ll talk about how to pay for it.
